What are your shipping rates?

There is a standard flat rate shipping fee of $11.95 for many items. Spend over $60 and get FREE shipping!

How long does it take for my order to ship?
​
If the item(s) you selected are in stock & baked, we usually can ship your purchase out in 1 to 2 business days; you will receive those items 3-5 days from ship date. Some items on our site require baking time and can add a few extra days for delivery time. For those items, the timeframe is indicated in your email order confirmation / secondary email delivery confirmation.
Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?
Unfortunately, we do not ship orders outside the continental U.S. at this time.
How is sales tax calculated on orders?
Sales tax will not be charged on shipments outside New Jersey. We calculate sales tax on your merchandise total. A sales tax of 6.625% is applied to all orders shipped to New Jersey addresses.
If I purchased more then one item in an order, will all items ship at one time?
WaggMore will always send all products from your order at one time. Multiple boxes may be sent based on order size.
Can I send Gift items to more than one person in a single order? In other words, can I send a gift to my sister in Florida and a product to myself in New York in one order?
At this time, we can only ship products to a single address within one order. You are best to place separate orders to ship Wagg More products to separate addresses.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return policy
If you are not satisfied with your WaggMore purchase, we do our best to help you through the return process. Simply return the unused item within 7 days from date of shipment. We will take it back and issue a refund for the price of the item (less the original shipping and handling charge). If the item comes back to us in a used or damaged condition, WaggMore will not be able to issue a refund.
